Books are central to our academic training, it is impossible to think about making a good investigation without consulting a vast literature. Compendia of laws and codes are a tool that should always have on hand, then what is the reason for high prices in bookstores? The proposal is to increase significantly (minimum 30%) discount to students and scholars for the purchase of library materials of any editorial School libraries, either through a subsidy or lower prices. To increase the stock of the library, primarily in those below the demand for consultation and support the creation of a digitized text that is freely accessible online. It is also necessary as students have the opportunity to ask the library lending a greater number of volumes and they have a longer time.
These are demands that we hold as part of the university community seeking education quality, truly free and public, motivated by the urgency of forging a university to serve society, to promote the development of the country, not rhetorical or demagoguery. To give back to our training to raise the living standards of workers, as we soon will be, "who from energy taxes and make the existence of all public universities.
